Our Training Approach

We use ADDIE model as a framework in designing and developing educational and training programs. Even our content and course creators use ADDIE to create instructional course materials. “ADDIE” stands for Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. We start with training need analysis as the input for content creation and training program; design, development, and evaluation as its process; and implementation as the output. This models gives us a streamlined yet flexible approach to use our training tools effectively.

Analyse and Identify: Analyse and identify the training needs. Here, we establish the training objectives, instructional goals, learner environment, learning constraints, delivery options and also identify learner's skill level.

Design: Design training in order to meet identified needs. In this phase, we finalize instructional strategies, delivery methods, structure, duration, assessment, and feedback. We storyboard our ideas and/or create a prototype or a blueprint to quickly communicate the value of the training to stakeholders. Develop: Develop the training program. The actual creation of the content and learning materials based on the design phase, happens here.

Implement: : Implement the training program. After fully testing, we put the training plan to action. We use various instructional presentation techniques like audio –video instruction, lectures, guided discussions, hands-on practical demonstration, role-plays, activities, simulations, games and case studies to engage the learner. The content or training program will be delivered, here.

Evaluate: Evaluate the training program & outcome. Evaluating training effectiveness is most important part of the instructional process. Here, we ensure that all stated goals of the learning process will meet the specified training needs and also examine if there are any gaps in the learning. Feedback from learners will be used to improve and update training content and instructional methods.

Modes of Training

Classroom Training: Classroom training is the most traditional and preferred mode of learning as one can experience the training directly as imparted by trainers. Real –time discussions and interactions, experience sharing by fellow learners and support by trainers can be extremely motivating. Anyone can attend our training programs from our training centres.

Onsite Training: We offer Onsite training sessions on demand basis. Our training team will deliver the sessions at your campuses or in your training centres. Our programs delivered at your campuses will be strictly tailored to your needs, job functions, operations and internal requirements.

Virtual Live Classroom: : Those who cannot attend classroom sessions can opt for virtual live classroom sessions. With virtual live classroom training, you receive the same quality, comprehensive training with effective mentoring and training assistance at your convenient place and time. We have dedicated trained team for online training delivery. Our course materials, hand-outs, manuals etc. will be made available throughout the course. Participants can interact with the trainer, just the way they do in a real classroom. You can also interact with your co-learners during the course

ELearning: E-Learning is internet-based or intranet-based learning. We offer a suite of eLearning courses on various topics. Our engaging, highly interactive, web based e-learning courses deliver the content your organization demands. Our courses are not supplemental in nature, they are an integral part of any educational setting. Organizations will realize significant time and cost savings due to the reduction in required travel when utilizing e-learning. Our elearning courses are delivered through our Learning Management System

Blended learning: Blended learning is when traditional classroom teaching is combined with online learning, allowing the student to have more control over the time, pace and style of their learning. Here, traditional face-to-face instruction is replaced by web-based online learning and learning is augmented by online coursework. Blended learning takes the best features of both face-to-face and online learning. We offer blended learning modules for those corporates who want to shift a part of the traditional classroom training to online mode and creating a blended curriculum. Our blended learning platform enables participants to engage and interact with each other and learn from each other.
